REFUND POLICY

At Next Broadcast Media FZ LLC, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service and results. However, if you encounter any issues with our Audio Admanager, we have the following refund policy in place:

If a campaign was fully delivered on the wrong targeting due to a setup issue by the user, there is no refund possible.

In case of a technical issue that affects the delivery of the campaign, we will investigate the issue thoroughly and determine whether a refund or media credit is appropriate. If the issue is determined to be a technical issue, we will offer media credit of the same value already delivered.

Please note that any request for a refund or media credit must be made within 14 days of the campaign's end date. Refunds or media credit will only be issued if we determine that the issue was caused by a technical problem on our end.

Next Broadcast Media FZ LLC is based in Creative Tower, Creative City Fujairah UAE, and the jurisdiction for any dispute related to this policy shall be the UAE, DIFC court.
